Parev tsez! My name is Annika Topelian, and I am a PhD student in the Department of Linguistics at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa. My research interests are broadly language acquisition (L1, L2, etc.), bilingualism, heritage languages, and morpho-syntax. I primarily investigate these topics through the lens of Armenian, with a specific interest in Modern Western Armenian and its use in diaspora communities.
Feel free to reach out to me at topelian [at] hawaii [dot] edu if you have any questions about my research!
